Our Story
We’re Jacob and Ian, brothers, best friends, and the co-founders of The Pink Giraffe.
After high school, we went our separate ways, attending schools in different cities. For nearly a decade, we lived apart, honing our skills and forging our own paths. Jacob was crafting cocktails at some of San Francisco’s trendiest bars, while Ian was living in Alaska and Colorado, working as a tour guide.
In 2020, the pandemic brought us back together in Seattle. The rain wasn’t really for us, so we packed up and made the move to Scottsdale with one shared dream: to build something we could be proud of.
Today, we find ourselves side by side in Scottsdale’s vibrant party scene, hosting everything from bachelorette bashes to milestone birthdays. With our combined backgrounds, we created The Pink Giraffe.

The general recommendation is at least one bartender for every 50 guests.

We recommend an 8'x8' area, which includes space for a 6 ft table behind the bar (provided by us).

Gratuity is included in our pricing.

No. For liability reasons, only our bartenders can serve alcohol. This ensures compliance with insurance and liquor laws.

Our standard service area is within 30 miles of Scottsdale. Farther travel may depend on the event details and may include an added travelling fee.

A quote does not reserve your date. Many dates fill up months in advance, especially during the wedding and holiday seasons. We recommend booking as soon as possible. A deposit secures your event, with final payment due at least 10 days before the date.

It is a personalized session where we help you plan the perfect drink menu for your event. We discuss your preferences and theme to create a curated selection of drinks. We also help you create an easy to follow shopping list based on your curated drinks, guest count and budget.

Quantities are based on industry averages:
-Weddings: 6 drinks per guest.
-Corporate Events: 3 drinks per guest.

We will be responsible for cleaning up after ourselves.

We do not supply glassware. However, we will use any glassware provided by the venue or client. Some of our packages include clear plastic cups for beverages.

Anything provided by us remains with us.
